When Receiving Your Product
Before signing the delivery receipt, please check your product’s box for any damage or issues. If there is any damage, missing items, or if the packaging tape appears to have been tampered with, do not sign any delivery documents. Instead, request the courier to record a report and return the package. Once you fulfill this obligation, your replacement products will be sent to you immediately.

Please note that we are not responsible for any damage or missing items in products received with a damaged box or claimed to be incomplete. Report such issues as soon as possible either in writing to our address or **by calling us at ** with your order/contract number.
