When Receiving Your Product
Before signing the delivery receipt, please check your product’s box for any damage or issues. If there is any damage, missing items, or if the packaging tape appears to have been tampered with, do not sign any delivery documents. Instead, request the courier to record a report and return the package. Once you fulfill this obligation, your replacement products will be sent to you immediately.
