Consumer Rights – Cancellation and Return Policy

GENERAL TERMS

  1. When you place an order electronically through our website, you are deemed to have accepted the Preliminary Information Form and the Distance Sales Agreement presented to you.

  2. Buyers are subject to the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502, the Regulation on Distance Contracts (Official Gazette: 27.11.2014/29188), and all other applicable laws regarding the sale and delivery of purchased products.

  3. Shipping fees related to product delivery are paid by the buyer.

  4. Each purchased product is delivered to the buyer or the person/institution indicated by the buyer within a maximum period of 30 days, unless otherwise stated. If the product is not delivered within this period, the buyer may terminate the contract.

  5. The purchased product must be delivered complete and in accordance with the specifications stated in the order, along with documents such as warranty certificates and user manuals, if applicable.

  6. In cases where it becomes impossible for the seller to fulfill the order, the seller must notify the buyer in writing within 3 days and refund the total amount to the buyer within 14 days.


IF PAYMENT IS NOT MADE

  1. If the buyer fails to pay for the purchased product or cancels the transaction in the bank records, the seller’s obligation to deliver the product ceases.


UNAUTHORIZED USE OF CREDIT CARD

  1. If, after delivery of the product, it is determined that the payment was made using a credit card fraudulently by unauthorized persons and the related bank or financial institution does not transfer the payment to the seller, the buyer must return the product to the seller within 3 days. In such cases, return shipping costs are borne by the seller.


DELAYS DUE TO UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES

  1. In the event of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances preventing timely delivery, the seller must inform the buyer. The buyer may choose to cancel the order, request an equivalent product, or postpone the delivery until the obstacle is removed.

    • If the buyer cancels the order, the refund will be processed within 14 days.

    • Payments made by credit card will be refunded to the bank within 14 days, but the bank may take an additional 2–3 weeks to credit the amount to the buyer’s account.


BUYER’S OBLIGATION TO INSPECT THE PRODUCT

  1. The buyer must inspect the product before accepting delivery. Damaged, defective, or torn-packaged items should not be accepted from the courier.

    • Once the product is received, it is considered to be delivered in good condition.

    • The buyer must carefully preserve the product after delivery.

    • If the right of withdrawal is exercised, the product must not be used.

    • The invoice must be returned with the product.


RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

  1. The buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery, without any legal or penal liability and without providing any reason, by notifying the seller through the contact details below.

DURATION OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

  1. If the purchase involves a service, the 14-day period starts from the signing date of the contract.

    • For services that begin with the buyer’s approval before the withdrawal period ends, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised.

  2. Costs arising from the use of the withdrawal right are covered by the seller.

  3. To exercise the right of withdrawal, written notice must be sent via registered mail, fax, or email within the 14-day period, and the product must be unused and comply with the conditions stated in the “Products Not Eligible for Return” section.


EXERCISING THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

  1. The product’s original invoice must be included in the return.

    • For corporate purchases, the buyer must issue a return invoice in the company’s name.

  2. The product must be returned complete and undamaged, with all standard accessories, labels, packaging, and documents intact.


RETURN CONDITIONS

  1. The seller must refund the full amount paid by the buyer and return all documents that place the buyer under obligation within 10 days of receiving the withdrawal notice and must collect the returned product within 20 days.

  2. If the returned product has decreased in value or is damaged due to the buyer’s fault, the buyer must compensate the seller accordingly.

  3. If the buyer’s return causes the total purchase amount to fall below the promotional limit, the discount or free shipping benefits from the campaign will be revoked.


PRODUCTS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN

  1. Products prepared according to the buyer’s request or clearly customized for personal use, lower-body underwear, swimwear, cosmetics, disposable items, products that are perishable or likely to expire, and products that pose hygiene risks once their packaging is opened cannot be returned.

  2. Similarly, items that are mixed with other goods and cannot be separated by nature, periodicals such as newspapers or magazines, digital content delivered electronically, downloadable software, and opened CDs, DVDs, or storage devices are non-returnable.

  3. Cosmetics, personal care items, lingerie, swimwear, books, software, and stationery products (toner, cartridges, ribbons, etc.) must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to qualify for return.


DEFAULT AND LEGAL CONSEQUENCES

  1. If the buyer defaults on payment by credit card, they are responsible for paying interest and liable to the issuing bank in accordance with the credit card agreement.

    • The bank may take legal action and claim associated costs and attorney fees from the buyer.

    • In all cases of delay, the buyer agrees to compensate the seller for damages arising from the delay.


PAYMENT AND DELIVERY

  1. Payments may be made via bank transfer or EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) to one of our designated Turkish Lira accounts.

  2. You may also pay by credit card through our website using single or installment options.

    • For online payments, the amount will be charged to your card immediately after your order is confirmed.
